Kids STEM Expo – 2018 is an opportunity for schools, creative children, private sector and NGOs to show the community how STEM can be used to impact our future.
The goal of this Expo is to create interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) careers, foster the next generation of innovators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, and to publicly recognize the achievements of talented science children in Rwanda.
There are different ways for schools and children to participate in the Kids STEM Expo – 2018:
Interactive STEM Stations – Each interested school and STEM-related organization is invited to host an Interactive STEM Station to showcase STEM Quality Education, experiments, materials and problem-solving strategies.
Creative Kids Showcase – Showcasing STEM projects help provide kids opportunities to make meaningful connections to the real world as they develop the skills, behaviors, and dispositions necessary for career, and life readiness.
